The Mission of the Spa at 500

The Spa is a wellness center offering therapeutic and relaxation massage and other fitness activities. It is the home of the Art of Massage, Central New York’s premier massage therapy practice, founded in 1997.

We believe that dealing with stress in healthy ways is a key to health, longevity, and happiness. Our menu of massage treatments can be customized to meet your needs.

Our facility also includes a seven person therapeutic Jacuzzi tub, and a redwood sauna for you to enjoy before and after your massage. The elegance of the setting and the quality of our experienced massage therapists combine for an experience you won’t forget.

Our Caring Staff

The Spa at 500 features a warm, friendly staff, attentively focused on helping you feel your best. Match the skill of the therapist of your choice with one of our fine massage services and you’ll be certain to feel the relaxation you crave. The Spa is also home to a hairstyling salon - Goode Looks - and a makeup artist, Michelle Maw, who also does airbrush tanning. Let us know if you would like to add any of their services to your spa experience!
