Spa at 500
This spring The Art of Massage is opening a new center to include spa services. Located at 500 West Onondaga Street, the Spa at 500 is situated in a beautiful 1880’s Victorian mansion just five blocks from downtown Syracuse, and within minutes of I-690 and I-81.
We have a full schedule of yoga classes four days a week, Mondays at 7:00 PM Tuesdays at 2 PM, Wednesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM. The Spa at 500 is now installing a Jacuzzi therapeutic hot tub and a dry sauna for the use of our clients. In addition, the Spa is home to Back in Touch Physical Therapy, featuring Oscar Soto, a bilingual therapist. In the fall we will be introducing new services such as marriage and family therapy and chiropractic care.
